hehe I just upload my blog app and now everyday I can post what I want YEAH!!!
TODAY TOPIC
Will be about my work out. Basically I am starting to loss weight healthy.
Recently I having leg cramp and body back pain. I come to realize I need to change. Maybe cause I over weight too much since I work at takumi tokyo. Now I'm working else where which is good near my home. At the same time I am able to go work out.
In 1 week I work out 6day.
1day 30min
What I do is walk up the staircase till 24floor up and down after that 20min cardio (small jog)
Last time I'm 79kg I gain 10kg when I work at TAKUMI Tokyo that will be 89kg .
Now my current weight I loss 4kg so now I'm 85kg.
My target is to get 50kg.
What I did is I No longer drink sweet drink I change to fruit juice and plain water. NO more Coke,Sprite and etc.
I eat less but I do have protein and meat just a bit.
Tbh is not EASY to loss weight healthy. It takes time but I have to. I too over weight. I hope I could get 50kg I don't mine loss weight slow as long us I am healthy.
I did a research if u loss weight fast.
U have to see doctor cause is impossible to loss 5kg in a week at most 2kg per week.
So for girls out there is possible to loss weight but patients is the key.
