Key is to go workout every morning at list 30min 6days per week. Loss slowly but in a healthy way. Stop drinking sweet drink substitute to fruit juice. YES u can drink sweet drink but once per month. Drink lots of water to trow all the dirty water inside ur body. Eat less workout more ;) continue doing it and u will get ur target : D

Tired but I won't give up.
I have to be healthy. Everyday I when up the stairs breathe in fresh air make me feel I'm so alive haha sound weird but it's nice going up and down. Water dropping from u hair hahaha sound more weird but that's facts..After that cardio for 20mins.Cool down breath in and out looking at the building looking down seeing human like ants. Just make my day.

Yesterday during my break @ 4pm, I straight when to the massage chair I really cannot tahun. Need to take a nap so I nap about 48min as the same time massage my hold body nice at the end I feel good. HEADACHE a bit gone and body ache also gone for good hehe ^_^

Tuesday
Having a bad headache. My mum sick I can't take leave. I just want rest more but can't. I'm worry about my mum. I just have to pray to God lesser her pain and make a stronger.
My hold body feeling like want to collapse. But when I think about it..I have to bare with the fasting month. I need a lot of water I'm hydrated. But I can't need to tahun. I hope time fly fast I really want the ramadan to end as soon as possible cause I don't want skip fasting I want to try complete 1 month and God is testing me keep on give me this and that. But he knows me well then anyone else. I hope this Bad Headache Stop and body pain plus leg pain.
How I wish there is somebody with me that I can lent on.

Every Monday to Saturday
I'm working. Start at 11.30am
8am I will wake up and change to sports attire. Workout for 30min.
Then cool down.
After that go bath and get ready for work.
Although this Month is fasting month I never stop my workout.
The good thing about my workout,
although raining I still can do it.
Because I more to Indoor workout. Like gym type.
Sunday will be my OFF DAy mean rest NO workout at all. Mostly this dayj I will spend at home with my sweety.He Play LOL I sleep beside him.
Yesterday I go buy fruits for his family can't go empty handed right. So I bought #pear #banana 1 more I don't know how to spell hehe ^_^
Then his Father give me Mango hehe.
More good News!!!
My boss decided to increase my pay for weekend only FRI,SAT,SUN $2 MORE yeah!!!
$10 per hrs
More money coming hehe. So basically I do love what I'm doing now saving money, work and make myself busy 24/7

TODAY TOPIC
Will be about my work out. Basically I am starting to loss weight healthy.
Recently I having leg cramp and body back pain. I come to realize I need to change. Maybe cause I over weight too much since I work at takumi tokyo. Now I'm working else where which is good near my home. At the same time I am able to go work out.
In 1 week I work out 6day.
1day 30min
What I do is walk up the staircase till 24floor up and down after that 20min cardio (small jog)
Last time I'm 79kg I gain 10kg when I work at TAKUMI Tokyo that will be 89kg .
Now my current weight I loss 4kg so now I'm 85kg.
My target is to get 50kg.
What I did is I No longer drink sweet drink I change to fruit juice and plain water. NO more Coke,Sprite and etc.
I eat less but I do have protein and meat just a bit.
Tbh is not EASY to loss weight healthy. It takes time but I have to. I too over weight. I hope I could get 50kg I don't mine loss weight slow as long us I am healthy.
I did a research if u loss weight fast.
U have to see doctor cause is impossible to loss 5kg in a week at most 2kg per week.
So for girls out there is possible to loss weight but patients is the key.
Jiayou to myself and the people out there That one make ur live change.
Don't give up.
