Wow !!! 1 week I did not blog hmm I have a lot of thing to say as you know I have limited brain capacity so I very forgetful kekekeke >.< Fasting month just started today is the 5^th day of fasting :)) on 2^nd Aug Tuesday I have practical it was horrible I did a lot badly that day was the worst day of my practical :((((( Our sambal was BURN too dried then our chen teng ok ok then our kambang soup was too blend and watery >>.<< For the 4^th Aug Thursday the practical turn out to be good we cooked Nasi Lemak, Green bean soup and Satay. For the Nasi Lemak rice was too watery too soft and the rest was well done :))) On Tuesday I pass it to Ann Ling she say actually nice why I say not nice overall she love it. Than on Thursday I pass it to My Best Friend Hua Ying :))) I liked the way she say she told me what she has to say she told me she love the chicken that is the satay chicken follow by the fish from the Nasi Lemak I asked her you like the satay sauce that I made and the sambal I also did she say both ok ok average she told me to improve more on the seasoning. Oh yeah one more thing on 2^nd Aug 2011 Tuesday Mdm Veron come to our kitchen and asked random question from Jean and Sandy Then finish practical Wong Sir talk to asked then Mdm Veron called wong sir asked me to meet her at the office everyone look at me on that the I was thinking am I into trouble but so far I did not do anything wrong “????” So after I finish changing I and Sandy go block 3 level 7, Sandy wait me at Washroom as for me I go in the office Mdm Veron told me than I was chosen to go Nepal this coming 18^th September 10 day’s there.

In my class HA1101B only 4 people get to go and 2 more from April Intake and other 2 from F&B Operation Total 8 people from Hospitality. Sandy, Zao Xing and Moe ler are the one of the 20 people going tour at China. The other half are not chosen.

That’s all I have to say so far :)))) This coming Sunday I will have a outing with B3O1 @ Bugis time 4pm there want to watch movie. Than Sandy want on Tuesday go watch Fireworks cause is 46^th Birthday to Singapore (National Day) on 9^th Aug 2011 I not conform I going I will tell her the answer this Sunday Outing.
