Where should I start ? Hmm Lets me see :)) I should be there around 9.30am or 10am @Tepak Sirei near the sultan gate :)) So I set my alarm clock at 6am but I keep on press snooze for 5min than other 5min still sleepy I press 10 min snooze again 5min than after this I can open my eyes by than is already 6.30am. Shit!! I supper late cause I suppose to meet sandy at bugis Mac Donald to eat breakfast with her and my journey here to there is around 1 hour :(( I faster get ready and go out. I run to the bus stop cause I don’t want to miss the bus 960 by then I reach there and wait and wait the bus did not come supper slow sia I wait again still haven came Supper slow the bus. Sandy text me asked me where are u? I waiting for the bus supper slow sorry gel I think I will be late after that the bus comes thank god. I reach at bugis street there around 8.15am walk to the Mac Donald reach there around 8.30am.We after that order our breakfast, we eat them fast after that we walk to that place we reach there. Supper early man 9.10am I and Sandy decided to slack near there. [wait for the time past] Then 9.50am we decided to enter the sultan gate and get ready change to our chef uniform. After that the Chef come and asked the girls to wash 2 kilo of rice and cut banana leave around 150 pieces. I and Sandy go do the 2 kilo of rice. As for the pastry girls there cut the banana leave J. After finish do the rice we have to press lemon onto the brasmati rice to make the rice shine that’s what the chef say. Then finish do that we have to pluck bean sprout :(( sad cause I don’t like plucking bean sprout NO choice have to finish up where we start. Then is already 2pm the chef asked as to go take our lunch box go eat. Finish eating start preparing food for dinner again. Time past very fast 7.30pm Dinner is going to start soon When I see that time. I knew it, that is going to be a damn busy time. My leg is killing me AHHH!! Supper Pain. No choice still has to continue working. We work and work until 10.45 ++ pm then end :( by then I almost half dead I can’t even work properly. But I can say overall I learn a lot of things around there. Now I can say I love my kitchen so much that I won’t complain about our school kitchen anymore and how the April intake never clean properly I will just clean it up from this learning I get more knowledge and I will always keep that in mind :))
